Show Me Orlando is operated by Show Me Love LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through showmeorlando.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, including your name and email address, creator or brand profile information, campaign and booking details, availability, form submissions, saved videos and profile preferences you choose to provide, such as whether you live locally, how often you visit and the kinds of places you enjoy. We also keep dated records of the exact Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and campaign partnership agreement versions you accept. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information and request logs.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, manage the creator network, make collaboration introductions, display approved public profiles and content, respond to requests, protect the site and improve its reliability. We do not sell names, email addresses, individual accounts or individual saved lists.

Instagram and public content

With authorization from the Show Me Orlando Instagram account, the site imports public posts and collaboration posts for the video guide. Published entries may include the post, creator attribution, venue details and categories. Instagram content remains subject to Instagram’s own terms and privacy practices.

Email notifications and optional newsletters

We use account email addresses for essential application, account, campaign, payment and message notifications. Marketing newsletters are separate and optional. We record whether an email address opted in, the audience selected, the source of the signup and when the preference changed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter page without turning off essential service emails.

Payments

Stripe processes creator onboarding, identity verification, payment details, platform payments and creator transfers, payouts, fraud prevention, refunds and disputes. Show Me Orlando stores Stripe account and transaction identifiers and payment status, but does not store complete card or bank-account numbers. Stripe processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, email or booking workflows, Instagram connectivity, automated content analysis, payments and maps or place verification. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Embedded Instagram and Google Maps content may receive device or browser information when it loads.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies or similar storage that are necessary for sign-in, security and saved preferences. With your optional consent, we also count anonymous actions such as saving a video, the category involved, the date and a broad state/country location supplied by our host. These analytics do not include your name, email, user ID, IP address or device identifier. You can change this choice at Privacy settings.

Audience insight reports

We may use, share or license grouped, anonymous trend reports to help brands understand which Orlando experiences interest visitors. Reports can include broad areas, categories and content totals. We do not include individual accounts or individual favorite lists, and groups with fewer than five actions are hidden.

Your personal profile and its individual preferences remain private. We may include those choices only in grouped, anonymous reporting that follows the same minimum-group protection.

Planning with Clem

When you request an itinerary, your planning preferences, selected places and relevant feedback are sent to our AI service provider, Google Gemini. Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text notes. Saved plans are private until you enable a share link. Shared views include stop names, times, addresses and booking links but exclude your planning form and personal notes. Anyone with the link can view the shared plan until you stop sharing.

Sharing and retention

We share information only as needed to provide the service, complete a requested introduction, comply with law or protect users and the site. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. Acceptance, campaign, message and payment records may be kept as reasonably needed to document what everyone agreed to, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and protect the service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information you submitted. Instagram users may also disconnect the app through Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings. Some records may be retained when legally required.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
