Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of showmeorlando.com, operated by Show Me Love LLC. Creating or continuing to use an account requires you to accept the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We keep the version and time of that acceptance with your account record.
Orlando guide
Listings, videos, prices, hours, offers and other travel information are provided for general informational purposes. Details can change. Confirm important information directly with the venue before visiting or purchasing.
Third-party content and links
The site may display or link to Instagram posts, maps, venues, ticket sellers and other third parties. Show Me Orlando does not control their services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, safety, terms or privacy practices.
Creator network
Show Me Orlando provides tools for brands and creators to find each other, exchange booking requests and track work. The selected creator supplies the creative services unless a booking expressly identifies Show Me Love LLC as the supplier. A request alone does not confirm a booking. Before work starts, the brand and creator must agree on the content, price, dates, usage rights, revisions and cancellation terms. Creator approval by Show Me Orlando does not promise particular views, sales or other marketing results.
Simple partnership agreement
Before a campaign is confirmed, the brand and creator are each shown a short, plain-language agreement and asked to accept it. It covers what the creator will make, the visit and deadline, the offer, one clear round of feedback and how extra work will be handled. The creator leads the voice, style and editing while following the brief both sides agreed to. Anything extra—such as reshoots, extra content, paid-ad use, exclusivity, account access or raw files—must be agreed to separately in writing.
Checking the agreement box and confirming the campaign counts as electronic acceptance. Show Me Orlando records who accepted, when they accepted and the agreement version shown at that time.
Payments and booking terms
When Stripe checkout is available, the creator submits a draft before the brand pays through Show Me Orlando. Once Stripe confirms payment for the submitted draft, the creator’s agreed compensation is released to the creator’s connected Stripe account before feedback or posting approval. Posting still requires the brand’s Good to post. Creators pay no platform commission on self-service campaigns or hosted experiences. Official paid campaigns managed by Show Me Orlando include a 20% commission from the listed creator rate, disclosed before the creator accepts. Brands pay a separate Show Me Orlando service fee and an estimated payment-processing amount shown before checkout. Stripe processing, refunds and disputes remain subject to Stripe’s terms and applicable law. Campaign payments for partnerships arranged here must stay on Show Me Orlando; do not move payments elsewhere to avoid platform fees. Hosted campaigns require a $49 brand-paid service fee for each confirmed creator before work begins. After a creator shares the published video, brands may send an optional tip. The creator keeps 100% of the tip while the brand covers payment processing. Payment confirmation and receipt in a bank account are separate events; processing, verification or bank delays may apply. Funding a campaign does not remove applicable refund or dispute rights. Current service pricing is explained in plain English in our Payment Terms.
The site records each party’s electronic acceptance of the partnership agreement shown with the booking. Unless expressly agreed, a booking does not grant paid advertising rights, account access, exclusivity or ownership of the creator’s content. Questions about a booking can be directed to the other party and to Show Me Orlando at the contact address below.
Accounts and submissions
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. You may not misuse the site, impersonate others, interfere with security, scrape protected areas or submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
Emails and newsletters
Essential account, application, campaign, payment and message emails are part of using the service. Newsletters and other marketing emails are optional and require a separate opt-in. You can change that preference at any time without affecting your account.
Intellectual property
The Show Me Orlando name, branding, site design and original site content belong to Show Me Love LLC or its licensors. Embedded posts and third-party material remain owned by their respective owners. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the site under these terms.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links may be affiliate links. When clearly identified, Show Me Orlando may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Show Me Love LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party experiences.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or end features and may restrict access for misuse. When the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy changes, the site will show the new version and ask signed-in users to accept it before they continue using account and campaign tools.
